About the Role: Remote Mental Health Therapist (California)

We are looking for mental health clinicians to provide teletherapy services to students across California. As a Remote Mental Health Therapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care while collaborating with schools, caregivers, and community partners to ensure student success.

We are currently working with the following license types: LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver evidence-based teletherapy to youth as part of our partnership with Kaiser.

  • Establish and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with youth and their families.

  • Offer psychoeducation and clinical guidance to parents and caregivers to support treatment goals.

  • Actively participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.

  • Contribute to the growth and enhancement of Daybreak Health’s clinical programs and service delivery.

W2 Option:

Set your own schedule with flexible hours available Monday through Friday between 3 PM and 8 PM, with optional weekend availability. Work remotely from anywhere in California. This role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, with annual earnings ranging from $55,000 to $116,000 based on your caseload. A minimum of 17 sessions kept per week is required to maintain eligibility for comprehensive benefits.

  • Work remotely from anywhere in California.

  • Contract role with hourly rates ranging from $70 to $105, based on caseload, bilingual abilities, and cross-licensure.

  • Caseload minimums as low as 5 sessions per week, offering flexibility to meet your availability.

  • Compensation includes payment for no-shows and late cancellations.

  • Free CEUs, peer consultations, and access to clinical support.

  • We handle all billing, credentialing, and scheduling, and provide a user-friendly EHR and telehealth platform.

  • Join a supportive therapist network committed to clinical excellence and professional growth.
