About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Menu & Revenue Optimization Analyst with an entrepreneurial mindset who is eager to take ownership of diverse analyses and projects. This is an opportunity to accelerate your professional development in a growing startup!
In this role, you will lead initiatives to improve revenue optimization and customer retention, supporting business strategies to achieve company goals. This is a key position with significant impact across all areas of the business.
Responsibilities
- Manage market portfolio and chef restrictions, identifying short- and long-term improvement opportunities.
- Analyze menu gaps and execute necessary actions to ensure weekly menu satisfaction.
- Evaluate and approve new SKUs to enhance variety, monitoring their performance weeks after launch.
- Oversee premium weekly planning to optimize revenue on a weekly basis.
- Identify opportunities for margin-based revenue improvement and develop action plans for each initiative.
- Support expansion projects as On-demand, Chef Marketing, and B2B initiatives.
- Prepare and share weekly and monthly reports and dashboards on Menu Planning team KPIs.
- Maintain close relationships with stakeholders to ensure clear and effective communication.
Qualifications
- You have 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of making business impacts through analysis and operational execution; experience in optimization projects is highly valued.
- You have a bachelor’s degree
in Business, Economics or other related field. - You have strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus.
- You can identify process gaps and opportunities, and a willingness to take the necessary steps to improve and implement them.
- You feel comfortable handling multiple projects and assignments while being able to prioritize, achieve objectives, and meet deadlines, and with a keen eye for detail.
- Since our HQ is located in NYC, an excellent level of English is required.
