Sweepluxe is a Social Casino project, an online platform that provides a virtual igaming experience without real-money involvement. It combines elements of social networking and social casino games, allowing users to play slots, poker, blackjack, roulette, and more in a simulated igaming environment.

You will be part of the following team: Product Manager, DEV team, CONTENT team
⚡️Your responsibilities will be:
- Drive and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize development tasks and maintain focus on delivering maximum value.
- Participate in sprint and release planning, ensuring the development team has clear objectives and capacity-aligned workloads.
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operational tasks, supporting smooth project execution and resolving blockers as they arise.
- Plan and manage releases in collaboration with third-party providers, ensuring timely and seamless delivery.
- Organize product demos and internal learning sessions to promote knowledge sharing and ensure team alignment on new features.
- Create clear and structured feature descriptions to guide development and ensure shared understanding across teams.
- Manage and monitor task progress within the development team, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are addressed effectively.
🗞Our requirements to you:
- 2+ years of experience in project or delivery management in a product or outsourcing environment.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or Asana for backlog, task, and roadmap management.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks, including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and release coordination.
- Hands-on experience in planning and managing releases involving 3rd-party integrations or technical dependencies.
- Ability to understand basic technical workflows and assess task complexity to support effective planning and communication with the dev team.
- Strong documentation skills — ability to write clear and structured feature descriptions, specifications, and internal process overviews.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and external vendors, and ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.
- Solid prioritization and risk management skills — able to make informed trade-offs under tight deadlines while keeping business value in focus.
