As an senior developer you will –
Influence the technical direction for client’s systems and solutions.
Collaborate with other developers and product managers to identify the right technical solutions that achieve Customer’s goals Continuously broaden and deepen your skill set to solve new technical challenges
Provide Fanatical Support for our production system by fixing bugs and triaging alerts
Write clean, maintainable code using engineering best practices
Must have skills:
8+ years of professional experience in C# and .NET development.
Responsibilities:
Migrate Job Engine plugins and supporting libraries to .NET Standard 2.0 or .NET 8 in dependency order.
Ensure libraries shared by other .NET Framework services target .NET Standard 2.0 for compatibility.
Address compatibility issues with third-party NuGet packages by upgrading versions or identifying functionally equivalent alternatives.
Participate in SDLC:
Follow documented best practices for security, coding style guides, pull requests, documentation.
Collaborate with engineering team to perform unit and integration testing for migrated libraries.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in C#and.NET Framework.
Experience in migrating applications from .NET Framework to .NET Standard 2.0 or .NET 8.
Familiarity with Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) and gRPC (desired).
Additional Skills:
Proven experience with plugin-based architectures and device polling protocols such as SNMP or WMI.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills to provide detailed progress updates and collaborate effectively.
Good to have skills:
Experience being part of a team that practices CI/CD automation
Should be capable to maintain existing customers product or create and new products

Good communication skills - both verbal and written.
