Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead and optimize the daily operations of our client's Global Business Services (GBS), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and Project Management Office (PMO) teams. If you’re a solution-driven leader with a passion for managing high-performing teams and optimizing processes this is the role for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate monthly meetings to engage and motivate team members.
  • Analyze individual and team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement strategies to boost productivity, promote best practices, and achieve results.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align operational activities with overall strategic objectives.
  • Provide regular updates on team performance and project progress, including solutions for operational challenges.
  • Identify, propose, and execute process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
  • Monitor workload, track project timelines, and address obstacles to maintain seamless workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across various teams and organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with data analysis software and operational metrics reporting.

Preffered Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in operations management, particularly in GBS, BPO, or Shared Services environments.
  • Strong familiarity with project management principles and BPO processes.
  • Consultancy experience in operations, business transformation, or process improvement is highly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in technology and project management tools, with a strong analytical mindset
