Operations Program Manager
We are looking for a mission-driven, highly motivated team member who shares our passion and vision to simplify access to high-quality, affordable mental health, and is excited by the entrepreneurial challenges of supporting the scale of an evolving operation.
As a Core Ops Program Manager within Command Center, you will be supporting over 200 team members on Operations, playing a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and cross-functional alignment. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will own strategic programs that enhance our operational efficiencies, manage quality assurance initiatives, and serve as a key liaison between Core Operations and other departments. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining programs that ensure consistent, high-quality experiences for both our providers and clients, while looking for ways to improve the internal team’s experience as well.
You will partner closely with Operations Leadership, Business Intelligence, People & Culture team, and Product & Engineering to drive operational effectiveness and strategic alignment across the organization.
The ideal candidate is creative, has exceptional program management skills, thrives in a cross-functional environment, and can effectively translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans while maintaining strong attention to detail and quality standards.
What you’ll do:
- Build and manage Core Operations' Quality Assurance program, working closely with our operations data and Delivery leaders to establish standardized monitoring processes and metrics to ensure premium RCM experiences for providers and clients.
- Support the operating rhythm of the Operations department, including managing cross-team programs, and supporting departmental reporting and communication strategies.
- Serve as a key liaison between Core Operations and other departments, ensuring effective bi-directional communication of critical information, team performance, and strategic initiatives.
- Lead centralized, strategic project management that mitigates operational risks, working closely across the Operations org with Process Innovation, Delivery and CX teams.
- Implement and manage programs that ensure successful integration and management of vendors, contractors, and extended workforce teams, with metrics-driven goals to ensure workforce stabilization.
Who you are:
- You have 4-6 years of work experience in business operations, program management, or related fields - ideally in the healthcare, revenue cycle management, or fast-paced startup environments.
- You have demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional programs and driving operational improvements at scale, with excellent leadership skills that enable you to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
- You have strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and program recommendations.
- You have experience building and managing quality assurance programs (or similar operational excellence initiatives) and a strong interest in workforce management and operational planning.
- You have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, and can effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- You are relentlessly organized with meticulous attention to detail and exceptional project management skills.

Salary Band: $100,000 - $125,000
