Operations Specialist (Remote- US Based)

Job Summary
We are seeking an Operations Specialist to oversee company communications and to assist with all aspects of ShulCloud operations including training, onboarding, professional services, and administration. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. From maintaining communication calendars to assisting with client onboarding tasks and departmental operations, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day needs of internal teams and helping ensure a smooth experience for both the team and clients.
This role is scheduled for standard office hours, Monday-Fri, with a preference for candidates in Eastern of Central Time Zones
Responsibilities
Communications Support
- Oversee monthly communications meeting
- Maintain monthly communications calendar
- Gather information, prepare, format and send all branded company communications
- Keep all communication “on brand”
- Track success rate of all communications
- Work collaboratively with Shulware departmental managers and the corporate marketing department
Professional Services & Onboarding Support
- Assist the Training team with all aspects of ShulSchool
- Assist the Professional Services department with the creation and fulfillment of ShulCloud upsell opportunities
- Assist with tasks related to onboarding new clients
- Maintain and update the project management system (e.g., Monday.com)
- Other operations tasks/projects as assigned
Requirements
- Strong background in e-newsletter creation
- Comfortable with design concepts and programs for marketing materials (e.g Canva)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
- Professional and comfortable when working directly with clients
- Strong interpersonal judgment, decision making skills, and the ability to maintain healthy boundaries in client and team interactions
- Tech Savvy and desire to learn new software
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Preferred Skills
- ShulCloud Email marketing or general expertise (Strongly preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using project management tools like Monday.com or similar Project Management Software
- Canva or other basic design platforms for simple marketing materials

Salary Range Disclosure
The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.

US Remote: $60,000 USD per year
