About the Role:
Ramp is looking for a fast-moving, ideas-driven contractor to create high-performing image and video assets for our paid ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more. We want someone who not only has design experience but also a B2B marketer’s brain — someone who understands how to translate complex value propositions into thumb-stopping creative.
Our most successful ads balance clean, premium visuals with smart, business-focused messaging — and we want you to help us produce more of them, fast.
What We’re Looking For:
A designer who can:
Produce2–3 new high-quality ad creatives per week (static, GIF, and short-form video formats)
Ideate and execute aroundusing creative to reach our ICP
Help brainstorm creative concepts that stand out in competitive feeds
Adapt ideas across multiple platforms and aspect ratios (1:1, 9:16, 16:9)
Bring a polished, modern, and on-brand visual style to every asset
Incorporate data and feedback from past campaign performance into new iterations
We’re especially interested in designers who:
Have priorB2B advertising orenterprise SaaS experience
Can combine design + copy ideas for highly scroll-stopping ads
Are familiar with best practices for paid creative onMeta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Can work quickly without sacrificing quality
Your Role:
Collaborate with performance marketing team oncreative strategy and concepting
Design and editvideo and static assets for multiple platforms
Maintain aconsistent brand voice and style across all deliverables
Share fresh creative ideas proactively, inspired by trends and competitor analysis
Goals:
Deliver2–3 new ad creatives weekly
Support ongoing creative testing with rapid iterations
Help improve click-through and conversion rates with impactful, relevant creative
Who You Are:
Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools
Comfortable editing short-form video (Premiere, After Effects, or similar)
Deeply familiar withpaid social ad creative best practices
UnderstandsB2B audiences and can make complex offerings feel simple and compelling
Organized, responsive, and able to work onfast turnaround timelines
