They seek a skilled Paid Search Specialist to join their team and drive impactful campaigns across Google Ads and other paid media channels. Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Role Overview:
The Paid Search Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, including Google Search, Display Network, YouTube, and more. This role requires a deep understanding of paid search strategies, data analysis, and conversion optimization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. Experience with Meta advertising is a plus, and experience with Google Grants is a bonus.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, focusing on Google Search, Display Network, and YouTube.
Implement and track conversions using Google Tag Manager.
Analyze and interpret data from Google Analytics to optimize campaign performance.
Work with clients to develop tailored strategies that align with their business objectives.
Create, monitor, and refine paid media strategies, ensuring maximum ROI.
Collaborate with other team members, including strategists and project managers, to execute campaigns smoothly.
Leverage A/B testing and data analysis to continuously improve ad creatives, targeting, and landing page performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in paid search and digital advertising.
Occasionally support other paid media initiatives, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising, as needed.
Must-Have Qualifications
Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Google Search, Display Network, YouTube).
Strong experience with Google Analytics and the ability to analyze data to drive decision-making.
Expertise in Google Tag Manager for conversion tracking and optimization.
Familiarity with paid media best practices and strategies.
Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
Ability to work on multiple campaigns simultaneously and manage competing priorities.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns is a plus.
Google Grants experience is a bonus.
Familiarity with other digital marketing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads).
Experience with conversion rate optimization and landing page testing.
