Softermii is currently looking for an experienced Architect with a strong background in the igaming (social casino) industry to support and lead our development team.

📲Project:
The project aims to create an innovative social casino that redefines igaming while upholding strong ethical standards and legal compliance. The platform utilizes virtual rewards instead of traditional igaming elements, providing players with credits and virtual coins to enhance their experience. This approach includes competitive tournaments, a diverse game selection, and integrated incentives. The user-centric design ensures an intuitive interface, highlighting the platform's advantages and benefits. In essence, your project pioneers a new era of responsible and engaging gaming experiences.
Type of cooperation: Part-Time (On-demand, up to 15 hours per week)
Your responsibilities on the project will be:
- Driving technical discussions on the groomings/plannings.
- Active contribution in the form of ideas/suggestions for the customer.
- Making final approval on the new features' technical design.
- Actively resolve technical blockers in a reliable way that doesn't introduce new issues or bottlenecks.
- Improving performance and monitoring this metric throughout development.
You can be part of the following team:
1 Full Stack Developer, 1 Junior Full Stack Developer, 1 QA Engineer, 1 Project Manager, 1 Product Owner (Client-side).

Our requirements to you:
12+ years of professional experience in full-stack developmentExperience working in the online igaming or similar domain is a mustEnglish level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
Frontend & UI Architecture
- Expert in React and Next.js application architecture and optimization.
- Deep knowledge of shadcn/ui component system and design system integration.
- Ability to design scalable, maintainable component libraries with strong accessibility compliance.
- Proficient in SSR, ISR, and static site generation patterns in Next.js.
Backend & API Layer
- Strong experience with Strapi (v5+) customization, plugin development, and security hardening.
- Ability to design headless CMS content models optimized for large-scale dynamic games and events.
- Understanding of GraphQL and REST API performance optimization.
Performance & Core Web Vitals
- Proven track record of improving LCP, CLS, FID, INP scores to meet Google Core Web Vitals thresholds.
- Familiarity with image optimization (responsive, next-gen formats, lazy loading) and code-splitting.
- Experience with bundle analysis, removing unused dependencies, and reducing TTI (Time to Interactive).
- Knowledge of caching strategies (HTTP caching, ISR, SWR) and CDN optimization.
AWS Cloud Architecture
- Experience designing highly available, low-latency solutions on AWS for web applications.
- Familiarity with CloudFront, S3, Lambda@Edge, and API Gateway for delivery optimization.
- Understanding of secure deployment patterns for gaming-related platforms in AWS.
Google Ads & Policy Compliance
- Experience identifying and mitigating causes of Google Ads account suspensions for gaming projects.
- Knowledge of creative/content compliance and dynamic content filtering to meet ad platform policies.
- Ability to architect content delivery in a way that isolates restricted elements while preserving SEO and marketing capabilities.
Optimization & Monitoring Tooling
- Skilled with Lighthouse, WebPageTest, Chrome DevTools, and Core Web Vitals tracking tools.
- Ability to set up automated performance regression testing in CI/CD.
- Familiarity with observability tooling (New Relic, AWS X-Ray, or similar).
Security & Compliance
- Knowledge of igaming regulation-related tech constraints (age gating, geo-restrictions, KYC integrations).
- Familiarity with Content Security Policy (CSP), anti-fraud measures, and secure asset handling.
