About the job
We are looking for a results-driven Partner Alliance Manager to own and accelerate go-to-market execution with key strategic partners across North America. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of indirect sales motions, a proven ability to build and manage executive-level relationships, and a track record of driving partner-influenced revenue.
As a Partner Alliance Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the success of our regional partner strategy, working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams to activate and accelerate our most strategic partners. You’ll be expected to operate with autonomy, bring strong executive presence, and leverage an existing network of trusted partner relationships to scale Twilio indirect motion.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Partner Management: Own a portfolio of strategic SI partners. Build and execute joint business plans, define success metrics, and manage day-to-day partner engagement.
- Revenue Acceleration: Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline in collaboration with the direct sales team. Track and report on performance against targets.
- Field Enablement: Educate and activate partner sellers on Twilio's value proposition. Lead regional enablement sessions and help drive joint GTM motions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partner Operations teams to align on execution.
- Opportunity Influence: Identify, shape, and support joint-selling opportunities with partner involvement. Ensure accurate tracking in CRM systems.
- Onboarding: Support recruitment and onboarding of new partners aligned to strategic priorities and whitespace in the region.

*Required:
- 5–8+ years in partner management, channel sales, or alliances in the B2B SaaS or Cloud space.
- Deep understanding of the North American market and partner ecosystem.
Strong sales acumen and ability to influence without authority. - Experience collaborating with direct sales teams and driving joint pipeline.
Excellent communication and executive presence. - Self-starter with a strategic mindset, strong business acumen, and a bias toward action.
Desired:
- Experience working with API-first or developer-centric platforms.
- Familiarity with CPaaS, CCaaS, CDP, or marketing automation technologies.
- Previous experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced SaaS environment.
Location
- This role will be remote, but is not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, OR, PA, RI, TX, VA, WA, or Washington DC
Travel
We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, approximately 30% travel is anticipated to help you connect in-person in a meaningful way.

Compensation
*Please note this role is open to candidates outside of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington D.C., and Washington State. The information below is provided for candidates hired in those locations only.
The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:
- Based in Colorado, Hawaii, Minnesota or Vermont : $116,400.00 - $145,600.00.
- Based in Washington D.C., Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay Area): $123,000.00 - $153,800.00.
- Based in New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or the San Francisco Bay area, California: $129,500.00 - $161,800.00.
- This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan. All roles are generally eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
- This role is eligible to earn commissions.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
