Position Overview: The Partner Marketing Specialist will work closely with both our internal partnerships team and external partners to develop and execute co-marketing campaigns across different channels aimed at significantly increasing partnerships revenue. This person’s primary responsibility will be to execute campaigns and incoming requests from Partner Managers and will develop their skills and comfortability to provide strategic insight and recommendations to Partner Managers in order to drive more revenue from our partnerships
Your Mission:
- Execute co-marketing campaigns: In collaboration with partner managers, this role will support initiatives across a variety of industries and partner types, and own the end-to-end delivery of partner marketing requests, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
- Copywriting: The Partner Marketing Specialist will be required to write compelling copy for partner-facing campaigns, including emails, newsletters, social media posts, and enablement materials
- Asset Creation: Support light design work using Figma and pre-approved templates provided by our creative team while maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency across all partner marketing assets
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with internal teams, including partnerships, sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
- Partner Engagement: Serve as a primary marketing point of contact for external partners, fostering strong relationships and presenting Engine in a professional, growth-led and engaging manner.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of organization, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.

What You’ll Bring to Engine:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing with strong preference towards partner marketing, channel marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong writing skills and comfortability writing compelling, story-driven copy
- Proven track record of successful co-marketing campaigns and revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using marketing metrics and tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Comfortable with creating design assets in Figma
