Partner Operations Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our Alliances & Channels team as a Partner Operations Analyst. In this role, you will support Glia’s various partner programs. This includes ongoing and ad hoc analysis, as well as operational process development and execution. You will work cross-functionally with various stakeholders, producing clear, accurate analysis and ensuring efficient operations.
Partner Program Analysis
- Perform analysis related to partners and provide insights to the Alliances & Channels team, as well as the broader GTM organization, to drive strategic decision-making
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards that analyze partners’ performance using a combination of Salesforce, BI tools, and Google Sheets
- Recommend and execute analysis approaches to answer business questions where data is incomplete or requires significant manipulation or assumptions
Operations & Data Management
- Assist in the development and implementation of processes to streamline partner operations
- Support projects within the Alliances & Channels team such as the rollout of new operational changes and data quality initiatives
- Maintain and update partner-related data in Salesforce CRM and other relevant systems
- Provide operational assistance during the sales process, working with Glia’s alliance and channel managers, sales team, partner reps, and sales operations as needed
- 2-4 years of experience in business/GTM analytics, sales operations, or revenue operations
- Advanced skills in Google Sheets / Excel
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau and Looker
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Experience in creating and maintaining dashboards and reports
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team
- Advanced Proficiency in English Language Required
