About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Partnerships and Growth Lead to drive growth initiatives, focused on accelerating velocity across the enterprise funnel. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is adept at navigating ambiguity. You will collaborate across partnerships, marketing, product, engineering, design, and sales to achieve measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy:
    • Lead and scale growth programs to generate top-of-funnel leads and enhance PLG to SLG funnel clarity.
    • Design and implement innovative acquisition experiments targeting enterprise users.
  • Partnerships:
    • Manage marketing operations to scale existing partnerships, including managing relationships with critical partners (such as AWS), and developing strategies to enhance our footprint with target partners
    • Source new high-potential partners aligned with You.com’s mission and target audience
  • Lifecycle Marketing:
    • Launch and refine lifecycle marketing programs to guide leads through the funnel across email, push notifications, and in-product messaging using tools like Braze and Hubspot.
    • Support data enrichment processes to qualify leads and accelerate sales efforts using tools like Clay.
  • Product Launches:
    • Own the marketing launch plan for the next generation of our flagship product — including PR, newsletters, LinkedIn, and Product Hunt distribution.
    • Execute media plans and outbound campaigns focused on generating MQLs through new high-impact product launches

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or platform partnerships.
  • Strong bias for action with a track record in roles requiring rapid execution (e.g., PM, PMM, Growth roles, or founders).
  • Ability to work independently and lead large, cross-functional projects.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Hubspot, Lifecycle Marketing platforms such as Braze, and enrichment tools like Clay is advantageous.
  • Experience executing campaigns in technical domains or with partners like AWS is a plus.

Our salary bands are structured based on a combination of geographic tiers and internal leveling. Compensation is determined by multiple factors assessed during the interview process, with the final offer reflecting these considerations.

Salary Band
$140,000$200,000 USD
