As part of the Engine team, you’ll play a vital role in an environment where innovation meets collaboration. Here’s what you’ll take charge of:
As a Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for building and scaling a robust partner ecosystem that enhances Engine’s presence in the TravelTech market. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams—including Sales, Marketing, and Product—to ensure that our partners are well-equipped to generate qualified leads and contribute to our revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Cultivate High-Value Partners: Proactively research, engage, and close partnerships with organizations—such as complementary blue collar and business services industries, including trucking, transportation, construction, and others.
- Pipeline Generation & Revenue Growth: Develop clear partner lead generation strategies and establish referral targets. Regularly monitor partner performance and ensure they are consistently delivering high-quality leads that convert into revenue for Engine.
- Partner Enablement & Management: Onboard new partners effectively by providing training, sales tools, and marketing collateral. Continuously nurture relationships, delivering ongoing support and feedback to keep partners engaged and successful.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams to improve the partner experience and ensure seamless execution of joint initiatives. Leverage internal feedback loops to refine partner strategies and processes.
- Performance Analytics & Reporting: Maintain oversight of the partnerships pipeline and P&L. Regularly report on KPIs and partnership health metrics, providing insights and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement.
- Strategic Expansion: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging travel technologies, and innovative distribution models to refine and expand Engine’s partner portfolio.
What You’ll Bring to Engine:
We’re looking for someone who’s ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:
- Experience: 2-4+ years in a partnership, sales, or channel management role, with a track record of successfully driving pipeline and revenue through external relationships.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Adept at writing persuasive email sequences and crafting collateral that resonates with partner audiences.
- Collaboration & Adaptability: Proven ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams. Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adept at scaling processes.
- Relationship Building: A skilled relationship builder who can maintain long-term, trust-based partnerships. You’re empathetic, consultative, and focused on win-win outcomes.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience with Partnerships within the transportation, construction or other business services space
- Project Management Skills: Ability to juggle multiple partnership initiatives simultaneously, setting clear goals, timelines, and deliverables. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) is a plus.
Cash Compensation:
- The base salary range for this role is $95,000-110,000 annually with opportunity for variable and an expected OTE of $130,000-150,000. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise & may vary from the amount above
