As a Payroll Advisor, you would be responsible for processing the payrolls in several countries, working closely with the local payroll providers and cross-function collaboration with the global payroll and finance teams.
Responsibilities:
- Gather payroll information from various departments
- Payroll integrity and compliance
- Work with payroll team lead for post payroll reporting and other requirements, such as GL and vacation liability
- Create new hire records and update payroll supporting tools such as ADP Workforce and others.
- Prepare ad hoc payroll reports, as needed
- Provide payroll support to ensure employees get paid on time, every time
- Work with 3rd party payroll providers
Requirements:
- Must be detail-oriented with a strong eye for accurate data
- Demonstrate complete discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues
- Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of factors
- Exercise good judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
- Ability to work independently as well as being a team player
- Work closely with internal team and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to work in a VERY fast-paced environment that constantly changes
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and different time zones
- Excellent communication skills – must be articulate and professional, communicating in a clear, positive fashion at all levels
- Report writing skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly
- Proven ability to work in a VERY fast-paced environment that constantly changes
- Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events
Education and Experience:
- At least 6 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience preferred
- Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and ADP Streamline preferred
- Proficient in Excel preferred
