Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Human Resources to record and validate payroll related updates for new hires, separations, and payroll changes.
- Update the WebGlobe system with employee details, recurring earnings & deductions, and benefit information.
- Work closely with our Human Resources team to administer all SSS and HDMF loans.
- Process and reimbursement of employee expense reports.
- Working with our Human Resources team, respond to employee benefit and tax computation questions.
- Revalidate payroll prior to submission
- Develop and document payroll processes
- Participate in the weekly review and verification of time tracker data.
- Provide support for year-end payroll processes, including 13th month pay and tax annualization.
- Follow up OT attachments and compile 2316 data to ensure all records are complete.
- Ensure filing systems, databases, and records are regularly updated and accurately maintained in both digital and physical formats.
- Cover the GDC office administration as needed.
- Additional duties as necessary
Requirements
- This role is primarily remote but requires the availability to work in our Makati office during business hours and attend occasional calls with the US in the evening on an as needed basis.
- 2-3+ years of working experience with payroll responsibilities preferred.
- Proficiency with, and ability to manage payroll in an online payroll system.
- Familiarity with consulting organizations and cross-border transactions and global delivery center setup preferred.
