About the Role
We are looking for full-time pediatric clinical therapists who want to build a new way of delivering high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to children 0-14. We hire mental health providers who are excited to work at an early-stage startup and impact the accessibility of exceptional behavioral health for children and families.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy via the Little Otter platform to children ages 0-14 years old, parents, and families
- Conduct evidence-based interventions for children and families including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies, Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, Parent Management Training (PMT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Child and Family Psychotherapy (CPP), etc.
- Complete clinical documentation using the Little Otter platform for each patient including intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans
- Participate in a weekly case review and manager meeting
About You:
- Masters level therapists independently licensed in Pennsylvania, ie. Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC)
- 1+ years of independent direct clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families. Demonstrated expertise in treating common mental health disorders in children through evidence-based practices
- Comfortable with technology and interested in incorporating technology solutions into clinical care.
- Passionate about providing mental health care services to children and families and excited to work at an early-stage startup to impact the way we provide these exceptional virtual services!
Schedule:
- 32 hours a week or 40 hours a week option
- Flexible schedule built to be mutually beneficial for you and our families
- The majority of clinical sessions will occur after 3pm PST and 8am-4pm PST on the weekend in order to accommodate children' s schedules
Compensation:
We provide a set base plus RVU model:
40 hours a week: ~ $96,000
32 hours a week: ~ $83,000/yr
