Our team at Evolve is looking for a People Business Partner (HRBP) to help shape and reinforce a customer-obsessed and high-performing culture. This role will drive business outcomes, champion culture and play an integral part in the development of our team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering high-impact People programs, solving problems and effectively partnering with leaders at all levels of the organization to enhance organizational performance. It is essential that this person demonstrates a bias for action and reflects our 5 core values in all interactions.
What you’ll do
- Independently partner with leaders in the development and execution of key talent programs that support our commitment to a customer-obsessed and high-performing culture, such as talent assessment, performance management, career pathing and development, change leadership, engagement, DEIB and organizational design
- Ability to think strategically to act as an adviser to a specific line of business, with a focus on partnership with senior and executive leadership to support the business in achieving organizational goals
- Coupled with strategic thinking, must be able to act tactically to deliver on the People programs with a high degree of operational excellence
- Collaborate across the People team to support the creation and implementation of people programs
- Analyze employee trends (i.e. turnover, employee relation issues, employee engagement, and staffing challenges, etc.) to identify root causes and partner with leaders to address them.
- Coach leaders at all levels to drive teammate performance and maximize effectiveness to help facilitate a strong leadership and coaching culture.
- Partner with the People team and managers to onboard new teammates and ensure they are successfully integrated into their team and into the culture, and conduct 90-day check-ins to help support new Evolvers.
- Demonstrate and be an advocate of Evolve’s culture and values.
- Lead others through growth and change
- Ensure adherence to policy and procedures and drive education and application in areas such as; Performance, Anti-Harassment and Anti-Discrimination Policy, among others.
- Investigate various employee relations matters and prepare well-written materials for documentation clearly conveying information.
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partner or highly related experience, customer contact center and sales organization experience is required.
- Possess a strong foundation of HR fundamentals that you have used to identify and solve problems
- Experience understanding strategic organizational issues and influencing change
- Strong, proven track record of building relationships at all levels
- Action oriented and eager to tackle hard conversations or issues
- Ability and desire to pivot between strategy and tactical execution seamlessly
- Known for high integrity and ability to work with confidential and/or sensitive information
- A confident public speaker in front of small and large groups
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a high level of energy
- HR certification preferred
Compensation
For this role our salary range is $95,000 to $115,000, depending on relevant experience. This role will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on both company and individual performance.
Location
All Evolve team members must live in one of our approved locations by their first day. We can hire from anywhere in the U.S. except D.C. and Hawaii. Some positions may also have restrictions based on compensation in the following states: California, Maryland, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Washington. If you live in Colorado, you can work remotely anywhere in the state, at our downtown Denver office, or a hybrid of both!
