The Role:
Angi is looking for a People Data & Systems Analyst to support our People Ops team. You’ll help us make sure people's data is accurate, accessible, and generates the insight needed to solve business problems. This role will focus on continuously improving people data infrastructure and provide analytical support to the HR team and business leaders. We’re looking for a technical, detail-oriented team member who understands HR processes and thinks about how systems and processes can be improved.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with the People Ops team to understand business challenges, translate to requirements, and formulate solutions in a range of formats (e.g., processes, reports, dashboards, models).
- Provide analytical & reporting support across people management disciplines, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, compensation, employee listening & experience.
- Develop and generate reports and dashboards for core HR metrics and support the user enablement of self-service data tools (e.g., Visier, UKG Business Intelligence).
- Play a key role in ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and used in ways that align with organizational goals.
- Assist in the management of accurate, reliable people data sources by creating or improving documentation, access policies, audit/maintenance processes, validation rules, to enhance the usability of data to support business initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT and Data teams to solve data accessibility and quality issues.
Who you are:
- You have 3-7 years of experience in HR systems, people analytics, or adjacent data/tech roles.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred (advanced degree is a plus).
- Strong experience with HR system reports and workflows (UKG BI is preferred).
- Knowledge in connecting HR data systems and managing data flows (e.g., Snowflake, other HR systems).
- Experience with HR data security and governance.
- Familiarity with with Analytics tools such as Looker and Visier.
- Strong project and program management skills.
- Excellent at using Excel/Google Sheets and SQL for data management & analysis.
- Great communication skills with the ability to explain data to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Compensation & Benefits
- The salary band for this position ranges from $100,000 - $120,000 commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living.
