WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a People Operations Coordinator, you will be an integral member of the People team, supporting a growing and mission-driven organization. You will:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions related to benefits, policies, onboarding, our PEO (Justworks) and other HR-related topics.
- Support and enhance our new hire onboarding experience by facilitating communications, background checks, and I-9 verifications, while seeking opportunities to streamline and automate processes.
- Support the administration of leave of absence processes, ensuring compliance and correct submission of paperwork.Help maintain the
- People pages on our internal Intranet, ensuring content is up-to-date, accessible, and engaging.
- Manage data integrity within our PEO (Justworks), including benefits enrollment, PTO administration, employee record changes, and ad-hoc reporting.
- Contribute to core People processes, such as audits, annual filings, Open Enrollment, and offboarding.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Recruiting, and IT teams to maintain accurate data and smooth processes.
WHAT YOU’VE DONE
- 1+ years of experience in administrative support, human resources, or operations.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage and optimize processes effectively.
- Customer-centric mindset focused on delivering an excellent employee experience.
- Enthusiasm for healthcare technology and/or the start-up space.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack.
- Experience with onboarding, benefits, and/or HRIS systems a plus.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other opportunities at Thyme Care. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Thyme Care employees. The base salary for this role is $35-$39.90/hr. The salary range could be lower or higher than this if the role is hired at another level.
