The opportunity
As a People Operations Senior Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality employee experience through accurate data management, clear communication, and timely HR support. What you’ll do
- HR Inquiries: Contribute to a positive employee experience by serving as the first point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. Including managing the ticketing system to track and address requests.
- Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems, generate reports, and resolve system issues within the HRIS.
- Leave Management: Administer leave of absence requests and maintaining accurate records.
- Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits enrollment, communication, administration, and reporting.
- Support Process Improvements and Key Initiatives: Assisting with various People Operations projects, from inception to completion.
- Operational Support: Provide general administrative support to the People Operations team.
The experience you bring
- 2+ years of experience in a related field such as HR, administration, or office coordination.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records.
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with employees at all levels.
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to HR processes and employee needs.
- Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in all tasks and maintaining compliance with policies.
- Customer service orientation: Providing a positive and helpful experience for employees.
It’s exciting if you also have
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification
- Experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth company
- Expertise in People Operations, Benefits, Project Management, and/or HRIS
- Experience with HRIS (e.g., SuccessFactors, ADP), project management (Jira), and Google Workspace tools
