Cranial Technologies is the only company in the world completely dedicated to researching, diagnosing, and treating plagiocephaly (commonly called flat head syndrome). With over 300,000 babies successfully treated, we are the plagiocephaly experts.
We are looking for an intellectually curious, data-driven Performance Marketing Analyst to join our growing team.
The Performance Marketing Analyst will be responsible for the execution, testing, and optimization of our paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and email. This is a hands-on, operational role focused on driving performance across D2C and Provider acquisition channels.
In addition, the Performance Marketing Analyst will be responsible for setting up campaigns, running A/B tests, measuring success, and analyzing results. This role does not require creative development.
This position is a remote role with travel 1-2 times per year for 3-4 days at a time. At this time, only candidates residing in the United States will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads
- Set up and analyze A/B tests on landing pages and ad creatives
- Maintain and improve UTM tracking, attribution modeling, and reporting in platforms like GA4 and Meta
- Monitor campaign budgets, CAC, ROAS, and funnel metrics
- Collaborate with external creative vendors and internal teams to implement assets into campaigns
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 2+ years of experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and attribution models
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment focused on execution
- Strong intellectual curiosity and a self-started mindset; eager to test, learn and improve.
- Able to take different user and stakeholder perspectives into account to design innovative concepts and campaigns
- Experience with technical SEO, display marketing and CRM / marketing automation platforms like HubSpot / Salesforce / Microsoft Dynamics is a plus

- The pay range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000. Pay is dependent on the applicant’s tenure in their field and relevant experience
