The Role
In this role, you will train under the VP of Operations and ultimately report into the Chief Medical Officer. As Hone has grown, our provider network has expanded beyond 100 providers and is anticipated to double in the next year. Our vision is to be the leading provider of longevity care in America by 2027, and believe a key to that success will be the ongoing development of the providers in our network. We are looking for an education-focused clinician (MD, DO, PA, or NP) to join our team and take our provider onboarding and training program to the next level. You must be familiar with adult education, tech-savvy, highly organized, an expert in modern longevity care, and willing to roll up your sleeves and help build a training program that is best in class in our industry.
Primary Responsibilities
Key responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Develop and launch a training program that combines video, text, interactive, and other training approaches, to ensure Hone-affiliated physicians can incorporate best practices in longevity care.
- Facilitate interactive training sessions, workshops, and online learning modules to ensure training is effective.
- Conduct regular needs assessments to identify training gaps and emerging educational priorities.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance provider competency and patient outcomes.
- Track the completion of various training activities across the entire provider network to ensure compliance with our program and overall provider quality.
Qualifications
In order to qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Advanced medical/clinical degree - MD, DO, PA, or NP - and experience (5+ years) treating patients in one or more areas of care that Hone serves, e.g. hormones, weight management, thyroid, menopause and perimenopause
- Previous experience in healthcare education, training, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices in education.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in curriculum development, instructional design, and online learning platforms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adhere to deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Can quickly learn new technology systems and communication tools.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
Compensation Range
$135,000+ (depending on experience and degree)
