Role Purpose:
Jumio is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Product & Project Marketing Specialist to support our growing product marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong project or program management experience in enterprise software who is looking to transition into or grow within product marketing. You will work closely with our Product Marketing Director to coordinate go-to-market efforts, manage launch execution, contribute to content creation, and help drive strategic initiatives across the organization. This is a high-growth opportunity in a fast-paced, bleeding-edge software company at the intersection of AI, identity, and cybersecurity.

Example Responsibilities:
- Manage the execution of go-to-market projects, campaigns, and product launches
- Coordinate with Product, Sales, Design, and other teams to ensure timely and effective deliverables
- Create and edit PowerPoint slides and supporting materials for executive and customer-facing use
- Support pricing strategy, competitive analysis, and content rollout
- Organize and run meetings with internal stakeholders and track action items
- Conduct research (e.g., Gartner, market/competitive analysis) to inform positioning
- Contribute to messaging, positioning, and enablement initiatives
- Help build scalable processes for launch planning and cross-functional collaboration
Experience and Qualifications:
- 2 – 4 years of experience in program/project management, product ops, or marketing ops within an enterprise software/SaaS company
- Experience working in or supporting product or marketing functions
- Familiarity with Salesforce and/or product launch workflows a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong business sense, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting to senior stakeholders
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects from kickoff to completion, including timelines, stakeholders, deliverables, and follow-through. Precision, ownership, and proactiveness are key.

Compensation
The hiring range for this position is from $113,467 to $124,200. This is based on Jumio’s US national salary band for the role. Geographical adjustment is applied for tier 1 locations and more may be available based on your skills and experience.
