About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager with strong technical fluency to drive the development and delivery of AI-powered product capabilities within our TDX platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business requirements, user needs, and technical execution. You will translate complex ideas into actionable product work, support prototyping efforts, and partner closely with Engineering and Data teams to deliver high-impact features. You’ll be responsible for defining and maintaining product specifications, managing the development lifecycle, and ensuring readiness for go-to-market success. This position will report to the VP of Product.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Engineering to prototype and validate AI-powered features and enhancements.
  • Translate business problems into detailed product requirements, acceptance criteria, and user stories.
  • Develop and maintain technical product documentation and process flows.
  • Own the execution of product releases—scoping, sprint planning, testing, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Benchmark feature performance and track product usage with tools such as Pendo.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop GTM strategies and ensure successful feature launches.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding of scope and goals.

Who You Are

  • Technically fluent and comfortable working with engineering teams, data models, and system architecture.
  • Highly organized, with a knack for breaking down complex technical problems into clear and prioritized product plans.
  • Curious and customer-focused, always advocating for the user experience and business value.
  • Strong communicator able to translate between technical details and business outcomes.

What You’ve Done

  • 5+ years of experience in a Product Management or Technical Product Owner role in a SaaS or AI/ML environment.
  • Proven experience working closely with engineering, data, and design teams to ship technical products.
  • Proficiency with product management and analytics tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Pendo.
  • Familiarity with APIs, data models, and agile development methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage product lifecycle from discovery through release and iteration.

Safe Remote Job Search Tips

Verify Employer Thoroughly

Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.

Never Pay to Get a Job

Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.

Safeguard Your Personal Information

Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.

Scrutinize Communication & Interviews

Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.

Beware of Unrealistic Offers

If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.

Insist on a Formal Contract

Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
