About the role:
We are looking for a talented and passionateProduct Manager - A/B Testing & Optimizationto join our team. In this full-time position, you will lead experimentation efforts, leveraging data-driven insights to refine website copy, design, and image assets. Your day by day will have a strong focus on A/B testing and website optimization to enhance conversion rates.
Responsibilities:
Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize conversion rates across key website pages.
Continuously refine copy, design, and visual assets to enhance user engagement and overall performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, development, and marketing teams to implement test results and drive improvements.
Utilize experimentation platforms like Optimizely (or similar tools) to manage and track testing efforts.
Define, monitor, and interpret key performance metrics to assess test effectiveness and inform decision-making.
Support broader product management initiatives, including roadmap development, stakeholder communication, and feature prioritization.
Requirements:
+2 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
Hands-on experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Familiarity with tools like Optimizely, Google Optimize, or other experimentation platforms (preferred but not required).
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience working on website or digital product optimization projects.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Passion for data-driven decision-making and using A/B testing to enhance user experience and business impact.
