You love to create new products and always think of ways to improve existing ones. You are eager to learn and interact with clients.
- Ensure dLocal’s platform meets regulatory requirements globally by working closely with teams of local experts and skilled engineers, defining the strategy and roadmap for the platform
- Implement new KYC and KYB products for countries in LATAM, Africa, and Asia
- Develop and improve our screening systems for payments and onboardings
- Integrate with data and identity validation providers from around the world
- Analyze and use data to make informed decisions
- Do whatever it takes to make your product and teams successful, no matter how big or small the issue may be
- Work closely with other product teams around the world to ensure the solutions developed can meet our customers needs
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in financial services
- Experience in the payments ecosystem
- Knowledge of Compliance/Regulatory practices, such as Transaction Monitoring, AML CFT, and Customer Due Diligence, is nice to have
- Experience managing technical software products from kick-off to ship
- Capable of leading 3rd party API integrations
- Proficient with data, comfortable using SQL
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish
