Job Overview:As a Product Manager for the Dispatch Team at Snapsheet, you'll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our assignment management system. This includes how claims enter our system, how they are routed to the right adjuster at the right time, and how we help adjusters be as efficient as possible. You'll work with an assignment engine algorithm that considers claim attributes to assign work and add it to adjusters' queues (work management or productivity system). In our fast-paced environment, you'll drive innovation, navigate change, and collaborate across teams to refine the platform, improve day-to-day operations, help adjusters prioritize work, automate tasks, and integrate communications, delivering valuable, user-friendly features. A passion for learning and applying insights is essential as you balance rapid product discovery with reliable execution.
Responsibilities:

Compensation that Grows with You
For this position, the base salary range is $120,000 - $160,000. While this range serves as a guideline, your actual compensation will reflect your unique experience, skill set, and location.
