We’re hiring a Product Manager to lead our core eSignature business. You’ll be responsible for the full product lifecycle of our electronic signature capabilities — from defining the vision to driving execution and adoption.
This is a unique opportunity to own and grow a strategic part of our core product with potential to expand and deepen our eSignature capabilities across standard, qualified and advanced signatures.
We are looking for a product manager who is comfortable and experienced executing across the software product lifecycle and has ambition to create, own and drive a strategic long term vision.
In this role, you will:
- Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Product Development
- Translate business and customer requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
- Prioritize feature backlog based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback through interviews, surveys, and analytics.
- Work closely with sales and customer success to understand user needs and pain points.
- Present product plans and updates to internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Metrics & Performance
- Define and track KPIs to evaluate product performance and drive data-informed decisions.
- Use analytics tools to measure adoption, retention, and user engagement.
- Lifecycle Management
- Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to sunset.
- Coordinate go-to-market strategies, product launches, and cross-functional release plans.
About You:
- Pro-active and self starter attitude!
- 2-3 years of product management experience, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum product development teams.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Figma, and analytics platforms.
