This is a unique opportunity to own and grow a strategic part of our core product with potential to expand and deepen our eSignature capabilities across standard, qualified and advanced signatures.

We are looking for a product manager who is comfortable and experienced executing across the software product lifecycle and has ambition to create, own and drive a strategic long term vision.

In this role, you will:

  • Product Strategy & Vision

    • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Product Development

    • Translate business and customer requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.

    • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.

    • Prioritize feature backlog based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.

  • Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

    • Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback through interviews, surveys, and analytics.

    • Work closely with sales and customer success to understand user needs and pain points.

    • Present product plans and updates to internal stakeholders and executive leadership.

  • Metrics & Performance

    • Define and track KPIs to evaluate product performance and drive data-informed decisions.

    • Use analytics tools to measure adoption, retention, and user engagement.

  • Lifecycle Management

    • Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to sunset.

    • Coordinate go-to-market strategies, product launches, and cross-functional release plans.

About You:

  • Pro-active and self starter attitude!
  • 2-3 years of product management experience, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum product development teams.
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with tools like Jira, Figma, and analytics platforms.

Safe Remote Job Search Tips

Verify Employer Thoroughly

Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.

Never Pay to Get a Job

Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.

Safeguard Your Personal Information

Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.

Scrutinize Communication & Interviews

Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.

Beware of Unrealistic Offers

If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.

Insist on a Formal Contract

Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
