About The Role

As Product Manager, Products & Integrations, you will own the end-to-end patient experience for discovering, researching, purchasing and completing additional diagnostics and treatments. You will report directly to the Head of Product and partner with our engineering, design, clinical, and marketing teams to improve this experience and subsequent patient outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the roadmap for new diagnostic and treatment additions, prioritizing through user research, stakeholder feedback and competitive analysis
  • Design patient journeys to introduce new products to patients in a personalized and understandable way
  • Collaborate closely with our design, engineering, operations and clinical teams to define, shape and launch improvements to this experience
  • Prioritize, spec and launch new third-party integrations, ensuring a seamless experience for Hone patients
  • Measure the success of launched features and develop data-driven solutions for improvement

About You

  • 3+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience launching third-party integrations or marketplace features that drove measurable adoption and revenue
  • Analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to use data to drive product decisions and measure success
  • Self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities to improve the product and user experience
  • Experience managing complex cross-functional projects involving engineering, design, and operational teams
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Deep personal interest in preventative health and longevity

Compensation Range

$130,000 - $160,000 based on location and experience
