Job Description

Hey!

We're a fast-growing startup in the recruiting space, and we're looking to hire our first Product Manager (work-from-home).

This role is a mix of Product Management + UX , so ideally, you're someone who feels comfortable helping us define problems, come up with solutions, have our designers mock them up, get them built with our eng. team, and then iterate on feature sets and user journeys.

If you're creative, self-directed, and speak quickly, you might be a good fit ;)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead problem scoping, UX brainstorming, and creation of new revenue-generating products.

  • Collaborate with a UI designer + eng. team to ensure seamless project execution from start to finish.

  • Collaborate with our exec, recruiting, marketing, and sales team to figure out cross-functional needs and solutions.

  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery within budget.

  • Analyze market trends and user feedback to inform product strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, particularly in building web applications with a monetary transaction

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead projects from concept to completion.

  • Experience managing teams of designers and developers.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Experience in marketplaces, agencies, content, staffing, or recruiting is a plus

  • Ability to manage budgets and make data-driven decisions.
