About Invisible
Invisible Technologies is the AI training and scaling partner for the leading foundation model providers, enterprises, and governments, bridging the gap between AI potential and production. Invisible’s unique AI Process Platform combines elite global human expertise, cutting edge technology, and deep institutional knowledge gained by training 80% of the world’s leading AI models. Trusted by AWS, Microsoft, and Cohere, we have an unparalleled ability to operationalize AI for real-world applications. Our explosive growth landed us the #2 spot on the Inc. 5000 in 2024, closing the year on $134m revenue.
About The Role
Join our team as a Product Prototyper and be the force that brings ideas to life at breakneck speed. You’ll leverage large language models (LLMs) and tools like Cursor to rapidly architect clickable MVPs tailored to each client’s needs, often with only high-level direction. You thrive on tackling ambiguity, distilling core requirements, and delivering polished prototypes in days. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and client stakeholders to validate concepts, surface risks early, and iterate until the vision feels tangible.
What You’ll Do
- Use LLMs (e.g. GPT, Claude) and Cursor to build fully interactive prototypes that showcase core functionality and UX flows
- Navigate loosely defined project requirements from account owners and product managers by identifying critical paths, asking precise questions, and mapping out the shortest route to a working demo that conveys critical concepts
- Partner with Product Managers and UX/UI designers to integrate visual polish and interaction patterns into each prototype, ensuring consistency with brand and product guidelines
- Integrate mock data, API stubs, computer vision, and backend logic to simulate realistic customer scenarios within your demos and showcase various capabilities
- Present prototypes to clients and internal stakeholders, gather feedback, and iterate rapidly based on insights
- Refine the rapid prototyping workflow & toolkit by iterating on base demo templates, component libraries, prompt templates, and Cursor rules to accelerate progress.
What We Need
- 2-4 years of experience in building fast MVPs with a focus on shipping frontends to answer critical hypotheses.
- Proven experience working closely with engineering teams ideally in forward deployment or embedded environments
- Deep familiarity with React, git, and design systems
- Strong proficiency in AI-first coding with Cursor: customizing templates, extending UI components, and minimizing hand-coding
- Ability to design for complex systems, including dashboards, data-heavy applications, and workflow tools
- A keen eye for design: you spot spacing, typography, and flow issues at a glance and know how to resolve them
- Exceptional problem-solving skills: you embrace ambiguity, distill complex requirements, and pragmatically balance speed with fidelity
- Comfort with ambiguity and shipping on tight timelines

Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
