We're looking for aProfessionalRedditor who is a Reddit power user and understands the platform's culture, nuances, and unwritten rules better than most people understand their hometown. You'll develop and execute a comprehensive Reddit strategy that authentically integrates Ramp into relevant conversations across relevant subreddit communities.

You will operate with high autonomy to craft an organic content roadmap, identify authentic engagement opportunities, and recommend a paid ads strategy that will complement the organic plan. This role requires someone who thinks in terms of authenticity, community value, and long-term relationship building.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute an organic Reddit content strategy that provides genuine value to Reddit communities while subtly showcasing Ramp's benefits through case studies, AMAs, educational content, and thought leadership.

  • Master the art of authentic comment engagement by identifying relevant threads where Ramp solutions naturally fit the conversation, providing helpful insights without appearing promotional.

  • Design and manage selective paid Reddit campaigns that blend with the organic strategy to drive interest and leads.

  • Develop relationships with key Reddit influencers and active community members in relevant business and fintech subreddits.

  • Track performance metrics including engagement rates, community sentiment, lead generation, and brand awareness to understand the efficacy of your campaigns.

You’ll Thrive If You

  • Are aReddit power user with deep platform expertise. You understand karma economics, subreddit cultures, mod relationships, and what makes content succeed or fail on Reddit.

  • Have extensive marketing experience infintech, B2B SaaS, or corporate financial toolswith a proven track record of authentic community engagement.

  • Canwrite in Reddit's native voice while maintaining professionalism—you know when to be casual, when to be helpful, and when to step back entirely.

  • Have adetective's instinct for finding relevant conversations and a storyteller's ability to make financial operations interesting and accessible.

  • Understand the difference betweenadding value and adding noise—you contribute to communities rather than extracting from them.

  • Can work independently with minimal oversight while establishing regular feedback loops to share insights and results that help optimize the overall strategy.

  • Have thick skin and can handle Reddit's critique culture while learning from community responses to refine your approach.

Prove You're a Top 1% Reddit Power User

To be considered, you must demonstrate your Reddit expertise. Some examples include:

  • Your Reddit username and account history showing consistent, high-quality engagement over multiple years.

  • Top 1% commenter badge or equivalent recognition demonstrating you're among Reddit's most active and valued contributors.

  • Karma breakdown with evidence of substantial comment and post karma earned through valuable contributions (not just memes or viral content).

  • Subreddit leadership examples such as moderator positions, consistent top contributors, or recognized expert status in relevant communities.

Nice to Haves

  • Prior experience marketing fintech or B2B SaaS products on Reddit

  • Experience running successful Reddit Ads campaigns

  • Relationships with moderators in key business and fintech subreddits

  • Background in content marketing, community management, or growth marketing
