🌟 About the role
We’re looking for a technically savvy, customer-obsessed team member to join Pulley’s Professional Services team. This role sits at the intersection of equity expertise and product fluency, helping startups set up and manage their cap tables accurately from day one. You’ll lead complex 409A valuations, guide customers through onboarding journeys, and act as a technical problem-solver across data, product, and finance workflows. Your work directly empowers founders to make smarter equity decisions, laying the groundwork for long-term company growth.
🛠What you’ll do
- Lead and Execute Technical Client Implementations:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for onboarding new customers, managing complex cap table migrations
- Work closely with clients to understand their cap table structure, equity awards, and shareholder information to ensure accurate configuration of their cap table on our platform.
- Equity Administration:
- Support clients in implementing, and administering equity plans (option pools, RSUs, ESPPs). Provide guidance on data integrity, vesting schedules, and compliance.
- Technical Troubleshooting & Solution Design:
- Investigate complex issues spanning data integrity, platform functionality, and integrations. Identify, triage, and resolve technical challenges in collaboration with Product and Engineering.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Sales, Account Managers, Engineers, and Product Managers to scope requirements, deliver technical proofs of concept, and ensure accurate solution delivery.
🙌 What you’ll bring
- 0-1 years of hands-on experience in a customer facing role, ideally at a rapidly growing SaaS company
- CFA, ABV, ASA credential preferred
- Proven track record of successfully managing and executing complex projects from inception to completion
- Stellar communication and presentation skills; the ability to simplify complex concepts for any audience
- Exposure to equity management, cap tables, 409A valuations, or stock-based compensation plans. Prior experience at a SaaS, fintech, or financial services company preferred.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets, trends, and digital assets preferred
