Programmatic Media Buyer
Job Description
As a Programmatic Media Buyer, you will execute programmatic ad placements, manage paid social campaigns, and ensure optimization for performance goals and budget constraints. You will work closely with the senior media buyer and internal teams to refine campaign strategies and deliver optimal results.
Location:Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
Programmatic Ad Campaign Management:Execute programmatic ad placements on DV360 under the guidance of a senior programmatic media buyer. Focus on campaign setup, audience segmentation, creative trafficking, and real-time optimization to meet performance goals and budget constraints.
Paid Social Execution: Execute paid social campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and LinkedIn. Focus on audience targeting, ad creative optimization, budget pacing, and A/B testing to ensure campaign performance aligns with client expectations.
Campaign Monitoring and Reporting:Regularly monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting targeting, pacing, and placement to optimize results. Provide detailed reports on key performance metrics, such as CPM, CPC, and CTR, to guide future optimizations.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Maintain strong communication with internal teams to ensure all campaign components are on track and performance meets expectations. Work closely with the senior media buyer to recommend optimizations and adjustments as needed.
Attention to Detail:Ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly, with accuracy in setup, optimization, and budget management. Adhere to timelines and budgets efficiently, avoiding overspending or underutilization.

Effective Campaign Management: Campaigns are executed precisely, meeting performance goals through strategic optimization and budget pacing. Spending is optimized, with no over or underutilization of the budget.
Accurate Reporting and Analysis: Provide actionable reporting based on performance metrics, guiding internal teams on areas for improvement and ensuring campaign goals are met.
High-Impact Social and Programmatic Campaigns:Optimized paid social and programmatic placements that consistently engage audiences and increase brand visibility.
Operational Efficiency:Efficient campaign execution with a strong focus on maintaining performance and budget goals within timelines.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in programmatic ad buying (particularly DV360) and paid social campaigns (Meta and LinkedIn).
Proven ability to execute high-volume ad campaigns, ensuring they meet performance goals and are optimized for internal satisfaction.
Strong experience in campaign optimization, creative trafficking, and performance metrics.
Strong collaboration skills and effective communication with internal teams.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage campaign details, timelines, and budgets.
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Note:
This role does not involve leading client meetings. If you join a client call, it will be to provide campaign support or stay informed on changes and recommendations. Communication with clients will primarily be via email.
