We are on a mission to bring top-tier insights to B2B marketers through expert-led interviews. We connect with leading industry professionals, capture their knowledge, and deliver high-quality content to our audience. We’re looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Team Lead to drive and manage our expert outreach initiatives.
As the Project Coordinator/Team Lead, you will spearhead our external expert outreach efforts, ensuring we engage and onboard high-profile B2B marketers for interviews. You will lead a small but dynamic team, overseeing outreach operations while actively participating in the process. Your ability to build relationships, think creatively, and drive measurable results will be key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the external expert outreach project, meeting clear goals and KPIs.
- Oversee and support a small team, including an outreach specialist and an interviewer.
- Conduct outreach to B2B marketing experts via cold outreach, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, encouraging participation in INFUSE Academy interviews.
- Conduct interviews with selected experts, ensuring engaging and insightful discussions.
- Constantly analyze the results to refine outreach strategies and optimize processes.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and tailor outreach efforts accordingly.
- Take ownership of results, continuously seeking ways to improve performance and achieve targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in business development, cold outreach, or sales (BDR experience preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a small team.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A passion for networking and learning
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results under minimal supervision.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to engage high-level professionals.
- A professional and presentable demeanor for conducting expert interviews.
