About the Role:
As a Project Manager for the Brand Studio at Motive, you will own the execution and optimization of high-impact creative projects that shape the brand's storytelling. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, writers, marketers, and agencies to ensure seamless execution from concept to delivery, balancing speed, quality, and business impact.
Your role is critical in managing creative workflows, driving efficiency through scalable solutions, and ensuring all deliverables align with strategic objectives. You’ll also play a key role in vendor relationships, resource planning, and process optimization.
What You'll Do:
- Own and optimize the creative production calendar, ensuring projects are executed on time, on budget, and on brand.
- Prioritize incoming requests, evaluating business impact, effort, and strategic value to drive the highest return on effort.
- Lead the project lifecycle from briefing, scheduling, and execution to delivery, implementation, and launch. Run weekly intake meetings reviewing and vetting new requests.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, brand, design, video, and external agencies) to streamline creative workflows and best practices.
- Implement scalable systems to reduce one-off requests and empower stakeholders with self-serve creative solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships, securing the right partners and negotiating contracts for maximum efficiency.
- Ensure brand consistency by maintaining creative documentation, including intake forms, process flows, and guidelines.
- Monitor project performance, identify bottlenecks, and continuously refine processes to increase operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For:

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify workflow inefficiencies and optimize systems.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, working with creatives, marketers, strategists, and agencies.
- Experience managing complex creative projects, including brand design, video production, and marketing assets.
- Ability to make decisions that impact business outcomes, prioritizing work that aligns with team OKRs.
- Proficiency with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Experience overseeing budgets and vendor management for creative projects.
- Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring quality control and consistency across all creative work.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Creating a diverse and inclusive workplace is one of Motive's core values. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome people of different backgrounds, experiences, abilities and perspectives.

Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
