Als Projektleiter(in) arbeiten Sie mit Kollegen aus verschiedenen Fachbereichen zusammen und stellen sicher, dass alle Beteiligten zusammenarbeiten um die Ziele des Projekts zu erreichen. Sie werden als Brücke zwischen Kunden und Entwicklern fungieren.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:
- Leitung der erfolgreichen Implementierung der Unternehmenssoftware
- Entwicklung von Projektplänen und Lösungsvorschlägen auf Basis von User Stories
- Überwachung des Fortschritts der Projektleistungen
- Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Interessengruppen während des gesamten Prozesses
- Durchführung von Präsentationen und Workshops für Kunden
Um für die Rolle des Projektmanagers (m/w/d) geeignet zu sein, sollten Sie folgende Voraussetzungen mitbringen:
- Studium der Informatik und/oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder entsprechende Arbeitserfahrung
- Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT-Projekten nach der agilen Methodik (vorzugsweise SCRUM oder Kanban)
- Ausgezeichnete kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten gepaart mit Problemlösungskompetenz
- Sehr gutes Englisch und Deutsch
Wunschanforderungen:
- Kenntnisse der französischen Sprache
- Erfahrung mit Python
- Erfahrung mit Odoo
