About the role and why it’s unique:
- Lead the design and execution of promotional campaigns to maximize customer retention across various verticals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and optimize retention strategies, tailored to specific customer journeys.
- Own the execution of retention-focused initiatives, including but not limited to CRM, customer engagement, and targeted campaigns.
- Work directly with managers to align promotional efforts across tent pole events, customer engagement, CRM, and sportsbook verticals.
- Take ownership of initiatives from start to finish, ensuring cross-functional alignment and campaign success.
Who you are:
- 3+ years of experience in sports gaming or related industries, with a focus on promotions and retention.
- Analytical thinker with a data-first mindset.
- Experienced in collaborating with analytics teams and data partners.
- Understand the different components of customer journeys and know how to tailor strategies for retention.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy taking ownership of projects from end-to-end.
- Passionate about sports and the gaming industry, with a solid understanding of customer behaviors and how to engage fans.
Even better if you have:
- Experience with CRM tools like Optimove or Braze.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using platforms like Looker, Sigma, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of promotional strategies for sportsbooks or similar industries.
Our target starting base salary range for this position is between $93,500 and $110,000, plus target equity. The starting base salary will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s skills and experience, among other things.
