Fully Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST (Flexible)
Role Summary:
We’re looking for a highly articulate, native English-speaking contractor to join our outreach team. You’ll be responsible for calling physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) who have shown interest in our job opportunities via text but have not yet completed a profile.
Your mission: Have short, engaging phone conversations to collect key information, answer basic questions about the role, and guide them toward completing their profile or sending us their CV so we can move them forward with the hiring organization and submit their information via the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Call physicians and APPs from your active queue who have responded to our SMS campaigns but haven't submitted a profile or CV.
Ask and record answers to five key questions:
Are you board certified?
Which state are you licensed in?
What locations are you open to?
What’s your desired salary?
Can you upload or email your CV so we may get you submitted for the role?
Clearly communicate how the platform works if asked.
Concisely communicate job details for roles they’ve shown interest in.
Manage and update contact status in our internal system.
Follow up via text or email as needed to ensure next steps are completed.
Maintain a high standard of professionalism and rapport-building with busy clinical professionals.
Skills and Qualifications Needed:
Strong Communication: Confident, clear, and friendly phone presence; ability to engage in short, structured conversations.
Customer Service/Staffing Experience: Prior experience in phone-based customer service or staffing roles is preferred.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Zendesk and Hubspot; comfortable working with Google Suite.
Written Communication: Excellent written communication for follow-up emails or texts.
Organizational Skills: Self-motivated and organized, able to manage a pipeline without micromanagement.
Problem Solving: Ability to handle objections and find solutions quickly, especially in a time-sensitive environment.
Adaptability: Comfortable working with busy clinical professionals and adapting to fast-paced workflows.
