Nova 401(k) Associates is looking for several Qualified Retirement Plan Reviewers (Quality Assurance Managers). This position is designed exclusively to provide work product quality review and does not have a client base. This is a fully remote position. We will provide you with a home office setup including a computer and a phone so that you can interact with your colleagues from your home office.

Job Responsibilities:
- Review work product prepared by team members, including annual trust accounting, ADP/ACP testing, 401(a)4 testing, 410(b) testing, 5500 form, contribution calculations, and safe harbor compliance
- Review work product for other departments as necessary
- Participate in process improvement, standards development, and client service projects as time permits
- Provide feedback and training on work product to junior staff members
- Interpret plan documents/notices
- Keep current with new regulations and legislation; maintain an awareness of proposed regulations and legislation
- Expand professional knowledge through seminars and self-study
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Credentials with a nationally recognized organization (ASPPA or NIPA) preferred
- Five or more years of experience in non-discrimination testing
- Strong knowledge of ERISA and Internal Revenue Code and Regulations
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to multi-task
- High level of critical thinking
- Coachable and committed to professional development
- Knowledge of Corbel Documents, Pension Pro, and ASC is a plus
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary $75,000 - $90,000

Work Location/Hours:
- Work from home
- Must work from USA and be authorized to work for any US employer
- Approximately 1-2 times per year travel to home office, company training, or industry events
- We will supply all necessary computer equipment
- 37.5-hour work week
- You may choose a start time between 7:30 am and 8:30 am
