About the Role
Eager to shape the future at a fast-growing, mission-driven company? We’re looking for a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to help create an exceptional candidate journey from start to finish. As a key part of our talent acquisition team, you’ll play a pivotal role in our growth, managing interview coordination and streamlining recruiting operations while delivering a seamless, positive experience for every candidate. You’ll be the first impression of SandboxAQ, ensuring that candidates leave inspired about the opportunity to join our innovative team. This position will be a 12-month contract role.
What You’ll Do
- Take charge of coordinating our multi-step interview processes, ensuring every detail is in place for a smooth candidate journey.
- Serve as the central point of coordination to deliver a smooth, positive, and professional experience for candidates, recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers.
- Build strong relationships with our candidates and internal team, ensuring communication is friendly, professional, and always confidential.
- Effectively partner with recruiters to bring creative recruiting operations ideas to life.
- Collaborate with cross functional partners and stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the hiring process.
- Track, manage, and optimize every interaction while serving as the go-to contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
- Keep everything running smoothly by maintaining accurate data in our applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
About You
- 2+ years of scheduling or coordination experience, ideally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills—you’re professional, approachable, and enjoyable to work with.
- You’re a team player, thriving in a collaborative space with lots of moving parts.
- Your organizational skills are impeccable and your attention to detail runs deep.
- You are flexible and able to adapt to shifting priorities with ease to keep things moving seamlessly.
- You have a creative, process-oriented mindset, always spotting opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- You have a natural ability to connect with all kinds of people—candidates, colleagues, and stakeholders alike.
- You have a general understanding of relevant recruiting tools, such as Google Workspace and some of the big-name Applicant Tracking Systems such as Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Workday, etc.
Nice to Have
- You’re located within the eastern half of the USA, or are willing to work Eastern Time hours.
- You’re an expert when it comes to working within an Applicant Tracking System.
- You have an interest in expanding your knowledge across other areas of People Operations and bring a growth-oriented mindset to your work.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is expected to be $71k - $99k per year. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This role may be eligible for annual discretionary bonuses and equity.
