About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting Intern to join our team in Taiwan from June through August. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone interested in exploring a career in recruiting—especially in the tech space.
As a Recruiting Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience with the full recruiting cycle, from job posting and interview scheduling to sourcing candidates and working with global recruiting teams. You’ll work closely with the Tech Recruiting Manager and collaborate across regions to support critical hiring efforts.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with global recruiting team members across different time zones
- Manage and maintain job postings on internal and external platforms
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interviewers by our ATS - Greenhouse and ModernLoop.
- Support sourcing efforts, including LinkedIn recruiting and pipeline tracking
- Support recruiting operations, documentation, and tracking systems
- Learn and participate in 360° recruiting—from sourcing to offer stage
- Build skills to become a strategic recruiting partner to hiring managers
What We’re Looking For
- Good communication skills with fluency in both Chinese and English (written and spoken)
- Availability to support up to 20 hours per week
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Docs, and an interest in learning new tools and technologies
- A curious mindset and not afraid to learn about technology and technical roles
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- A data-driven mindset — comfort with using numbers to inform decisions is a plus
- Passionate about building a career in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Prior internship or work experience in HR, recruiting, or admin is a plus, but not required
