Your Role

As the Commercial Director for Europe, you will lead a team of 5+ sales professionals focused on driving new business acquisition across the region. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in executing regional sales initiatives and ensuring the team meets their targets. This role requires a hands-on leader with proven experience in managing sales teams and a strong ability to adapt to the diverse challenges of the European market. The ideal candidate will be based in Europe and possess a deep understanding of regional market dynamics.

  • Team Leadership and Development

    • Manage and mentor a team of 5+ sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales goals.

    • Conduct regular coaching and development sessions to enhance team members’ skills and performance.

    • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.

    • Support the team in addressing challenges and driving consistent performance.

  • Sales Execution

    • Implement regional sales strategies as directed by the Head of Sales to drive lead generation, demo conversions, and new client acquisition.

    • Monitor the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and deal closures.

    • Collaborate with the team to identify and pursue opportunities across multiple European markets.

    • Ensure alignment with global sales processes and best practices.

  • Regional Focus

    • Act as the primary point of contact for sales-related activities across Europe.

    • Provide insights on regional market trends and opportunities to the Head of Sales.

    • Develop localized strategies to address market-specific challenges and grow market share in key European regions.

    • Align closely with other departments to support regional needs and drive lead generation efforts.

  • Reporting and Performance Management

    • Track and analyze sales metrics to evaluate team performance and identify areas for improvement.

    • Provide regular updates to the Head of Sales on regional sales progress.

    • Implement tools and processes to optimize sales team efficiency and effectiveness.

    • Effective pipeline management.

Key Goals

  • Achieve or exceedregional revenue and new client acquisition targets.

  • Build and maintain a high-performing sales team.

  • Strengthen RoomPriceGenie’s market position and reputation across Europe.


Your Profile

  • C2-level English proficiency with excellent communication skills.

  • Ideally based in Europeand possess a deep understanding of regional market dynamics.

  • Proven experience in managing and developing sales teams, preferably in SaaS or hospitality technology industries.

  • Strong leadership and motivational skills with a track record of driving team success.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. A real team player.

  • Ability to execute plans effectively and deliver results within a structured framework.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot, and sales tools to track and optimize performance.
