Job Description

Daybreak Health is on a mission to make high-quality mental health care accessible to every young person in California. We’re looking for LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT clinicians to deliver teletherapy in partnership with schools, families, and community organizations—right from your home office.

Location: Fully remote (must be licensed in California)

Employment Type: W-2 with full benefits OR 1099 contract

Salary/Pay Range:

  • W-2: $55,000–$116,000 annual (bi-weekly standardized payment)

  • 1099: $70–$105 hourly (plus no-show & late-cancel pay)

What You’ll Do

  1. Deliver evidence-based teletherapy to children and adolescents via our EHR/telehealth platform.

  2. Build strong therapeutic relationships with youth, families, and school partners.

  3. Provide psychoeducation and clinical guidance to parents and caregivers.

  4. Collaborate in case consultations and ongoing professional development.

  5. Contribute to program growth—help refine Daybreak’s clinical offerings.

  • Associates NOT accepted for the W2 or 1099 position
