Your Role
Onboarding & Ramp-Up
Design and maintain scalable onboarding programs for new revenue hires (Sales, SDRs, CS, etc.).
Audit and improve existing onboarding materials (e.g., in Guru); create structured learning paths and define clear journeys from Day 1 to full productivity.
Select, launch, and manage a Learning Management System (LMS) to automate curriculum delivery and provide visibility into progress for managers.
Sales Enablement Content
Create and maintain core enablement assets such as playbooks, battle cards, and objection-handling guides, tailored to the sales cycle stages.
Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate product features, pricing updates, and GTM initiatives into compelling value propositions and enablement materials.
Knowledge Management & Self-Service Learning
Own and manage internal knowledge bases (e.g., Guru), ensuring content is current, accurate, and easily discoverable.
Promote a culture of self-service learning by making materials accessible, relevant, and role-specific.
Process & Tool Adoption
Partner with Sales Leadership and RevOps to define, document, and scale commercial workflows.
Support tool rollouts (e.g., HubSpot, Modjo) with quick-start guides, onboarding flows, and best-practice documentation.
Learning Design & Delivery
Design engaging live and asynchronous learning experiences, such as workshops, call-listening clubs, and gamified modules.
Develop train-the-trainer programs and toolkits to enable managers and top performers to scale impactful learning across teams.
Performance Coaching & Skill Development
Work with managers to identify common skill gaps and deliver enablement frameworks, coaching toolkits, and reinforcement strategies to close them.
Proactive Enablement & Strategic Alignment
Anticipate enablement needs by working closely with RevOps and Commercial Leadership.
Translate product and commercial changes into proactive enablement solutions and clear messaging.
Impact Measurement & Reporting
Track and analyze key enablement metrics (e.g., ramp time, win rate, tool adoption) in collaboration with RevOps.
Translate findings into business impact insights and share wins and learnings across the organization.
You will report to the Head of Enablement and work closely with the quota contributing teams, Commercial Leadership, RevOps, Marketing, Product and Customer Success.
Your Profile
C2-level English proficiency: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interactions with partners and internal teams.
Currentlybased in Europeor in similar timezone.
Experience in sales or revenue enablement withinB2B SaaS or hotel tech.
Self-starter who observes, engages and improves without heavy oversight while respecting what already works.
Proven track record of building or overhauling onboarding and learning programmes.
Confident facilitator who delivers engaging sessions both remotely and in person, with a track record of thriving in metrics-driven environments where success is measured by team performance.
Coaching mindsetwith strong one-to-one skills and a knack for nudging behaviour change.
Tech-savvy; you get full value from Modjo, LMS platforms, CRM and Guru.
Proven ability to balance the time of your revenue team between training and execution.
Experience supporting distributed teams across multiple time zones.
Nice to have
Familiarity with revenue-management principles.
Additional languages are a big plus—we're a multilingual team with over 10 languages spoken!
