The United Firm, APC, is expanding its legal team, and is actively seeking a skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Remote Technology Case Assistant VA Candidates must have excellent client-service attitude and case management skills. At least 2 years of retrieving records/emails and uploading/updating case management systems. In this role, the lead paralegal will participate assisting in the management of client relationships, case preparation, review, and analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships with a strong client-service attitude.
- Experience with retrieving records/emails and uploading/updating case management systems.
- Utilize case management and billing systems
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of case management systems
