We are looking for a part-time Reporting Specialist to join our dynamic ASO Team. Gummicube, an Airship company, works with top app developers around the world, and as a Reporting Specialist, you will provide support to our Accounts team. This is a part-time, non-exempt position (maximum 20 hours/week) where successful candidates will help drive impact for a fast-moving team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in research and analysis as conducted by the Account & Strategy teams in pre-established workflows
  • Pull, review, analyze and create reports and presentations tied to objectives and guidelines established by account owners
    • Compile data and learnings in carefully written write-ups and presentations
  • QA reports and deliverables for external use based on account owners needs
  • Coordinate and complete deliverables as needed by Account & Strategy teams to help teams meet and exceed goals established by account owners
  • Maintain upkeep of internal platforms, following instructions and guidelines established by Product teams and account owners
  • Support Account & Strategy teams with capturing, logging and recording user experiences on different devices and operating systems

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Working experience with iOS and Android operating systems
    • Understanding file sharing, screen recording and other technical aspects of OS capabilities
  • Experience with reporting, analyzing and delivering data
  • Versatile and strong communication and writing skills
  • Thorough attention to detail and follow-through
  • Excellent organization and project management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and proactively
  • Familiarity and solid working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
    • Proficiency in Excel is a must
  • Must be able to work Pacific hours, Monday-Friday (20 hours per week)

Compensation at Gummicube (an Airship Company)
Gummicube’s compensation is determined by a variety of factors including market data, experience ladders, and geographical location. The starting hourly rate for this position is $22.00-$28.00/hour (this part-time position may not be eligible for certain benefits, including medical, dental, vision insurance, and others).
