We are seeking an insights practitioner to join our team as a Research Lead for an exciting project. As the Lead, and with the support of an interdisciplinary team, you will act as a trusted thought leader and practitioner, driving and owning B2B research activities and delivering actionable findings to inform marketing and strategy decisions.

- Drive research activities that capture the expert voice and behavior to inform marketing and strategy, including but not limited to 1:1 stakeholder and expert interviews
- Develop research artifacts like discussion guides, journey maps and insights reports
- Communicate, defend, and build consensus around your research and how it informs strategy
- Manage and oversee a recruitment partner in identifying the target audience for the research and ensuring the effective sourcing of participants
- Document and present strategic recommendations and your point of view based on research and analysis
- Uphold and represent B2B research methodologies and best practices, to collaborate with and advise team members on the project
We would like you to have...
- 6+ years of experience conducting user & market research and driving tangible outcomes
- 6+ years of experience using varied quantitative and qualitative research techniques
- 2+ years of experience with B2B research, interviewing audiences with highly complex organizational decision-making scenarios
- Experience with using insights from interviews to drive customer journey mapping
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Experimental Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors, Journalism, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate rich customer data and articulate the implications of research findings in clear and compelling ways
- Strong business acumen, aligning solutions with client objectives and needs.
- Ability to advocate for inclusive, user-centric, and data-driven experiences
- Excellent project management skills and proven ability to work within tight timelines
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, collaborating with distributed teams across disciplines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Experienced in client-facing positions and presentations to executive-level audiences. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with clients and stakeholders
Compensation: Starting at $55/HR+
This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during the interview process, the candidates range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
